This return portal is for exchanges and store credit only.

HOW RETURNS & EXCHANGES WORK

Once you submit a request, our team will review it. All requests are subject to approval, and we may reach out if we need a bit more information. If a request doesn’t meet our return conditions, unfortunately, we won’t be able to approve it.
 
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review and process approved requests.

EXCHANGE AVAILABILITY
We don’t hold stock for exchanges. Once we have received and inspected your return, and confirmed it is in acceptable condition, we will process the store credit.

CUSTOM PIECES
Some pieces are crafted specially for you, and unfortunately for this reason, they can’t be returned or exchanged.
These include:

 

Engraved items

Resized items

If a request is submitted for any of these items, we won’t be able to approve it.
 
 
ELIGIBILITY
Earrings are not elegible for returns or exchanges due to hygiene reasons.
 
Sale, Last Chance, & The Archive Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
 
Clothing items, belts, and wallets are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. For these items we do offer store credit or exchanges.

RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
To be eligible for returns items must be:

- Unused and unworn
- Returned in their original packaging, including all boxes, pouches and inserts. All items must be in the same condition they were received.
- Clothing items must have all original tags attached and show no signs of wear or washing.If these conditions aren’t met, unfortunately, we won’t be able to approve the request.

TIMEFRAMES
Refund requests (returns): must be requested within 7 days of delivery (via email)
Exchange requests: must be submitted within 15 days of delivery

RETURNS FEES (Refunds Only)
Approved returns for a refund are subject to a cleaning and polishing fee (USD $12.99) deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non refundable.
