To receive a refund (for non-sale items), the return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Custom pieces, sale items and anything marked Last Chance are also final sale.
All clothing items are non-refundable for change of mind, but you may return them for store credit in the form of a gift card.
We accept clothing exchanges only if the item has not been worn and the original tag is still attached.
If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer resizing or exchanges on silver rings within 14 days. Gold pieces must be unworn, and exchange requests must be made within 7 days.
