We accept returns on full-priced, non-custom items within 3 days of receiving your order — items must be unused and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.

Custom pieces, sale items and anything marked Last Chance are also final sale.

All clothing items are non-refundable for change of mind, but you may return them for store credit in the form of a gift card.

If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer resizing or exchanges on silver rings within 14 days. Gold pieces must be unworn, and exchange requests must be made within 7 days.

Our pieces are handcrafted in small batches using solid recycled 925 silver. They're made to be worn hard, every day.
They can handle water, sweat, and real life. If they ever lose their shine, a simple polish will bring them back.

Dispatch

All orders are shipped from our HQ in Byron Bay, Australia.

We aim to dispatch within 48 business hours (excluding weekends).

Please be patient during busy periods, we’re a small team and doing our best.

USA

- We use DHL Express for all US orders.
- Delivery usually takes 3-5 business days, fully tracked.

Australia

- Australian orders are shipped via AusPost Express.
- Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days.

International

- DHL Express: fastest and most secure. Usually arrives in 3–5 business days.
- Standard International: estimated 10–30 business days.
- Tracking is sent automatically via email once your order ships.

If the size you're looking for isn't listed, we recommend ordering the closest smaller size and leaving a note at checkout with your ideal size.

Resizing is only available for silver rings without stones.
