Refunds and exchanges are handled a little differently, so please read the sections below before starting.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for store credit only and must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.
Condition requirements:

Unworn and in original condition

Returned with original packaging, polishing cloth, tags and labels

Free of scratches, marks or signs of wear
Not eligible for exchange:
Engraved or resized pieces

Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

Final Sale / Archive Collection items

Gifts With Purchase & Mystery Boxes
How exchanges work:

Exchanges are submitted through our Portal

All requests are reviewed by our team

Approved exchanges are processed as store credit

Store credit is emailed once your return is received and processed
Please note:
A tracked shipping service is required for all exchanges.
REFUNDS
Returns for a refund must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
