RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Gifts With Purchase & Premium Packaging

We’re so excited to offer Gifts With Purchase and premium packaging to elevate your gifting experience.

Please note that these items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. We want you to absolutely love your surprise, so if you have any questions before purchasing, feel free to reach out to us, we’re always happy to help.


If you change your mind, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, for non-sale and non-customized items. Items must be in unused condition.

Refunds are subject to a $19.99 AUD processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

If you'd prefer to avoid this fee, we’re happy to offer a store credit for the full item value.

Please note:
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure returned parcels reach our warehouse. We are not liable for items lost during return shipping.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, we’re usually unable to isolate and cancel it before it has been packed and dispatched.

However, we’re happy to help you get it back to us and we'll get you the correct piece sent out to you.


EXCHANGES

All products, (excluding final sale items, The Archive Collection, or pieces with resizing or engraving) can be returned for store credit within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns must be submitted through our returns portal and will be reviewed by our team. Approved returns are processed as store credit, allowing you to choose another size or item.

To begin an exchange, please complete the form.

Please note:
• We cannot guarantee your desired size will be in stock, so we recommend sending your item back promptly.

• For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Customized or engraved pieces cannot be resized or exchanged.


PRE-SALE

Pre-sale items are non-cancellable, as they are crafted specifically for you.

While delays may occur within reason, we appreciate your patience as we create your piece with care.


CLOTHING

All clothing and apparel items are only eligible for store credit or size exchanges, subject to availability. This includes caps, ties, belts, leather wallets, t-shirts, jackets, shirts, hoodies and pants.

To be accepted for a return, items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In original condition
• With all original tags attached

If the requested size is not available, we will issue store credit.

Please note: Clothing and apparel items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note:
• We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
• All rings and earrings are handmade; slight variations are natural and part of their uniqueness. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out and we’ll assess your case individually.


LIFETIME GUARANTEE

If your piece breaks within 1 year due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.

We cannot replace items that break due to pulling, forcing, or inappropriate use.


FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
• Last Chance items — “The Archive” sale
• Items on sale
• Customized or engraved products


ENGRAVING

Engraved items are personalized and final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please double-check your engraving request before completing your order, as we do not accept returns for change of mind.
