Valentine’s Day Extended Exchange Window:
For Valentine’s Day purchases, the exchange window has been extended until 18 February.
This extension applies to exchange-eligible items only and does not apply to final sale or customised pieces.
All items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with any original tags still attached.
Refunds (non-sale items only) must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Clothing items are not eligible for refunds.
If your item isn’t the right fit, we’re happy to offer store credit so you can repurchase the size or style you prefer. Requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
Custom pieces, sale items, and items marked Last Chance are final sale.

For most silver rings, half sizes or custom sizes are available.
If the ring is resizable, you’ll see the available half sizes listed in the size options on the product page, that’s where you can select the correct one. If not, it means that this item can’t be resized.
Please note that gold rings cannot be resized.
If for any reason we’re unable to make the adjustment, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know. -

They can handle water, sweat, and real life. If they ever lose their shine, a simple polish will bring them back.
